Cancellation Policy

  • The online order can not be modified.

  • Customers can cancel their food order within 60 seconds of placing it.

  • Cancellation requests can be made for orders placed on same portal and is not applicable for orders placed from any other source.

Refund Policy

  • If the order is cancelled within the allowed time and paid through digital payment method, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

  • If the restaurant is unable to fulfill the order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

  • Refunds will not be provided for customer errors (e.g., incorrect address, delay in pickup etc.).

Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Delivery charges shall be applicable to all orders.

  • The delivery charge will be applicable on per invoice / bill in case of multiple orders.

  • Delivery is subject to availability based on demand and weather conditions.

  • Delivery charges are inclusive of taxes.

  • Delivery charges may vary as per the order value.

  • Herriot Global Lifestyle Pvt. (HGLPL) reserves the right to modify the Delivery Charges without prior notice.

  • The decision of Herriot Global Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. (HGLPL) in case of any dispute or interpretation of any term, shall be final.

  • All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
